Three ways to start. Pick the one that fits.

A free discovery call to check fit, a paid first hour where I listen and point out where the gaps may be, or a starter pack if you are an individual or sole trader. Prices, what you get and what happens next are all on this page.

The three ways in

  1. Way 1 · Not sure yet

    Free 45-minute discovery call

    Free · 45 minutes

A fit check: we see whether I am the right person for what you have. I give no advice on this call, and you do not have to buy anything.

Book the free discovery call (opens Cal.com in a new tab)
  2. Way 2 · Ready to talk it through properly

    Paid first hour

    £120 · one fixed hour

We listen to how your business really runs and point out where the gaps may be. A short email within 24 hours says what I think I found. It is an email, not a report. The detailed work is the audit, and the £120 comes off it if you book within 60 days. If you have one of my pamphlets, this is the hour it describes.

Not ready for an audit? After the hour, a business starter task from £500 is the smaller step. See the table below.

Email to book the first hour
  3. Way 3 · For individuals, students and sole traders

    Starter pack

    Two options · £360 or £480

A person's time on one small task. A person does the work; it is not automatic.

    £360 · 3 hours

A conversation, one small automation or AI workflow, and a short written summary.

    £480 · 4 hours, starter pack plus

Everything above, plus a written hand-over (how it works and what to do if it breaks) and one follow-up within 14 days.

One small automation only. No full build, no integrations beyond that one, no ongoing support. Extra time is £120 an hour.

Email to book the starter pack

If we carry on, the fees come off the audit and the build.

Every step on one table, then the same thing as a picture. The first-hour fee comes off an audit only.

Who it is for.

UK small businesses

Businesses with about 5 to 50 staff: letting and estate agents, accountants and bookkeepers, solicitors, financial advisers, recruiters, trades, salons, clinics and restaurants.

Start with way 1 or way 2.

Individuals, students and sole traders

One small task, done by a person, with a written summary at the end.

Start with way 3.

Work is UK only at the moment.

What happens next.

  1. Step 1

    A time is fixed

Free discovery call: you pick a time on Cal.com. First hour or starter pack: we agree a time by email.

  2. Step 2

    We talk, or we work

The free discovery call is 45 minutes to see whether there is a fit, with no advice given. In the first hour I listen and point out where the gaps may be. The starter pack is a person's time on one small task.

  3. Step 3

    You decide what is next

After the free discovery call there is no commitment, and I will say honestly if it does not make sense. After the first hour you get a short email within 24 hours saying what I think I found, and the £120 comes off an audit booked within 60 days. The starter pack ends with a short written summary.

Prefer to start with a form?

These pages are on this site. They collect information only. None of them books a call, takes payment or gives you a price.

  • Before an audit

    Audit intake form

Five short questions about the tools you use, your monthly volumes and the task that eats the most time. Sending it saves your answers for me to read before we talk. It does not book a call, and it is not a free audit.

  • After an audit

    Process mapping intake form

Seven questions for people who have already had an audit: which process to map, who does each step, and which systems it touches. Sending it saves your answers to prepare a mapping session. It does not book a session or quote a price.

  • Optional, 5 to 10 minutes

    Research interview

A short interview, about seven questions, on where your business loses time. Your answers are saved for research, and an email address is only needed if you want a follow-up. It is not a booking and nothing is sold in it.

More about me

Plain answers.

Which way in should I choose?

If you are not sure I can help, start with the free 45-minute discovery call. It checks fit and I give no advice on it.

If you are ready to talk it through properly, take the paid first hour. If you are an individual, student or sole trader, the starter pack is for you.

What does the paid first hour include?

We listen to how your business really runs and point out where the gaps may be. A short email within 24 hours says what I think I found. It is an email, not a report. The detailed work is the audit, and the £120 comes off it if you book within 60 days.

Is the free discovery call a sales pitch?

No. It is a fit check and you do not have to buy anything. If it does not make sense for you, I will say so honestly.

What does the starter pack include, and what does it not?

The £360 pack is 3 hours of a person's time: a conversation, one small automation or AI workflow, and a short written summary. The £480 pack is 4 hours and adds a written hand-over and one follow-up within 14 days.

It covers one small automation only. It does not include a full build, integrations beyond that one, or ongoing support. Extra time is £120 an hour.

What if I go on to an audit or a build?

Your first-hour fee comes off an audit booked within 60 days; the audit fee comes off a build started within 60 days.

The audit is £750. Builds are typically from £2,000. The first-hour fee comes off an audit only.

What is the business starter task?

It starts from £500: one agent or flow plus a one-page note. It is offered alongside the audit, and it is the smaller step if an audit feels like too much. The first-hour fee does not come off it. It is for businesses; individuals, students and sole traders use the starter pack.

Does a person do the work, or is it automatic?

A person does it. It is not automatic. AI is easy to build but hard to operate, so a person stays after the build.

Start with the way in that fits.

Not sure which? Book the free discovery call and we will work it out together. It takes 45 minutes and costs nothing.
