Terms of use
What this site is, what the free discovery call is and is not, the prices shown here, and what the forms do. Short and plain.
Last updated 7 October 2026
In short
The site gives general information about the help I offer. The free discovery call is a fit check and I give no advice on it. Nothing here promises a result. Paid work starts only once we have agreed it in writing. English law applies.
1 · About this site
What this site is, and how to use it.
This site, sarat.sarvepalli.com, is run by Sarat Sarvepalli, a sole trader, trading as Sarat (AI automation consultant) (“I”, “me”; where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our” they mean me). It describes help with automation and AI for UK small businesses, sole traders and individuals, and lets you book a call or send information in advance. Work is UK only at the moment.
Using the site
- Use it lawfully. Please do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or probe it for weaknesses.
- We may change, pause or remove any part of the site without notice.
- We try to keep the information accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete or up to date.
- The content, design and code are ours. You may view the pages, print one for your own use and share a link. Please ask before copying more.
2 · Calls and advice
The free discovery call gives no advice, and nothing is guaranteed.
The free discovery call
The free 45-minute discovery call is a fit check. We see whether I am the right person for what you have. I give no advice on it, and you do not have to buy anything.
Nothing on the site is advice or a promise
Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Nothing on the site guarantees a particular result, saving or outcome for your business.
3 · Prices and fees
The prices shown, and how fees carry over.
These are the prices on our start page, in pounds sterling. If the two ever differ, the start page is the current one.
| Step | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Free discovery call | Free, 45 minutes | A fit check. No advice is given. |
| Paid first hour | £120 | One fixed hour, followed by a short email. |
| Starter pack, for individuals, students and sole traders | £360 or £480 | 3 hours or 4 hours of a person’s time on one small automation. Extra time is £120 an hour. |
| Business starter task | From £500 | A small piece of work for a business. |
| Audit | £750 | A prioritised, written roadmap. |
| Build | Typically from £2,000 | The agreed automation work. This is where builds usually start, not a quote. |
How fees are credited
Your first-hour fee comes off an audit booked within 60 days; the audit fee comes off a build started within 60 days. The first-hour fee comes off an audit only. It does not come off the business starter task or the starter pack.
Paid work
A piece of paid work starts only once you and I have agreed what it includes and what it costs, in writing, which can be by email. A build is priced for your case before it starts. For paid work the contracting party is Sarat Sarvepalli, a sole trader, trading as Sarat (AI automation consultant). Prices are in pounds sterling.
4 · Forms
The forms collect information. They do not make a contract.
The audit intake form, the process mapping intake form, the research interview and the contact form collect information so that I can reply or prepare. Sending one does not book a call or a session, takes no payment, gives you no price and does not create a contract between us. The audit intake form is not a free audit.
How we handle what you send is in our privacy notice.
5 · Links and liability
Other sites, and what we are responsible for.
Links to other services
The site links to other services, such as Cal.com, LinkedIn, Spotify and Amazon Music. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, the site is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, that comes from using the site or relying on its general information. Liability for paid work is dealt with in what we agree for that work.
6 · Law and changes
Which law applies, and if these terms change.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or about using the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear it. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected, and you may also bring a claim in the part of the UK where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
